I find it wonderful when a mom chooses breastfeeding over formula. It's free, it's natural, and breastfeeding offers multiple health benefits to both mother and baby. It is associated with decreased infant infections, respiratory illnesses, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and, for mothers, less postpartum depression. Women who choose to breastfeed in public, such as Beyoncé, should be celebrated and not ostracized.
