Wayne Newton gets in touch with his Native American roots

Wayne Newton approves. "Most of the images of Native Americans were built during the Western years of movie making and it made us look like something other than what we are," said Newton with a perplexed chuckle. Newton, also known as Mr Las Vegas, is the show-business legend who has played to millions around the world. The new Newton film was made by the staff and students of Utah's Dixie State College and it's starting to pop up at film festivals across the country, including the 2012 Boston International fest last week.
