Cafe Da Lat: Healthy Food to Continue New Year's Resolutions

As one can tell in our city of ABQ, there are many choices for Vietnamese food. If you live in the University area and are too hungry to drive to the Central and Louisiana area where so many other choices are abundant, give Cafe Da Lat a try. The great thing about Vietnamese restaurants is that their cuisine tends to be very healthy and light, and if you want just a snack, you can order a salad or some spring rolls. If one is unsure what to order, one of the waiters will be happy to find something on the menu that you will enjoy, which can get you out of a rut. What is most striking upon entrance to Cafe Da Lat, is that from the outside it doesn't look like much, but when you step inside, it is very nicely decorated, and can be a great inexpensive place for a date.     Four days ago marked two decades since Ratko Mladic became the commander of the main staff of the army of Republika Srpska - the VRS. On that day, Mladic began his full participation in a criminal endeavour that was already in progress. On that day, he assumed the mantle of realising through military might the criminal goals of ethnically cleansing much of Bosnia. On that day he commenced his direct involvement in serious international crimes.
