(OTC PINK:DCGD, the "Company"), which has announced a corporate name change to GRN Holding Corporation, is pleased to announce it has added retired logistics industry executive Jay Tinsley to its Strategic Advisory Board. In this capacity, Mr. Tinsley is expected to help guide the Company in strategic logistics, supply chain, and fleet maintenance.
Mr. Tinsley worked 28 years as an executive for United Parcel Service (UPS), a Fortune 100 company. He lives in the Seattle area and enjoys traveling and motorsports.
