Archangel DMS, a leading provider of digital media solutions in the MENA region generating over 5bn monthly media views, recently announced it has been spearheading the launch of the "Shoof Max" brand on TikTok as of the 16th of March, 2023. Shoof Max is a multi-platform premium television series brand focused on releasing the best of GCC blockbuster dramas in both short and long form. The brand boasts over 1.2 million followers on Facebook and YouTube and its TikTok launch has seen it skyrocket in popularity reaching over 120,000 subscribers in its first two months.

The newly launched TikTok brand currently garners most of its viewership from Saudi Arabia representing nearly 50% of its audience base. Asked why Shoof Max has attracted such a massive following in Saudi Arabia particularly, Ali Jose pointed to the cultural affinity embedded within the content i.e. Saudi audiences are more heavily drawn to television dramas relative to other GCC peers and they see their lives, values and experiences in Shoof Max's content.

Archangel DMS plans to continue to capitalize on Shoof Max's growth by providing a wider roster of Gulf dramas on the channel even potentially hinting at integrating original drama streams from some of the most well-recognized drama origination names in the industry.

Following the success of the brand's launch, Archangel DMS is looking to continue to expand its brand offerings on TikTok which already includes massive names such as Haret Shoof and Shoof Drama.
